PRESERVE CULTURE; SHOW IT!

Yeah! We'r ScrewZ (Student Crew of Zapin). We are all from RIAU. Mostly, our dance focusin on Modern and Contemporary Zapin.

From left : Arbi, Tia, Zuhri, Iing, Raja. We are all from Univeraity Kebangsaan Malaysia. Here, we all together unite to preserve our culture...hrm,, thx for Persatuan Mahasiswa Riau Malaysia too,, for warm supports..;-)

It was 1st starting on DINNER ZA'BA COLLEGE...
The commitment was then clicked and we were get along to our path : PRESERVE OUR REAL CULTURE...

I my self personally can't believe what we've got so far...
"NOTHIN'S LEFT IN VAIN"...yea, that's the right statement.
After all hard practice, gettin' sick, lackadaisical etc,,, we've struggle to push ourself, of course to show that we'r all professional..
;-)

Show by show, program by program, we were trying to keep our best, keep rehearsal, find new link for show, find new creation, and of course reviewing our performances.. whatever.. no body's perfect,, and perfect practice made best performance...

Resuming our performances :

1. Performed in Annual Grand DINNER Za'ba College 2009 .
2. Performed in University Malaya on Indonesia Culture Exhibiton 2008. We got nervous, tough! haha... because the viewers were really excited...plus the 'lucky ending' by Rahmat...it's really cool...
3.Performed in Inter College Art Festival 2009. We were gettin' seriously professional..i stil remember watta heaven the spirit of viewers at the time,, every body shouted out! kyakyaayak..it was fun, wasn't it?
4.Perfomed in Master Degree Kolokium 2009.. We got our first 'slow bit' welcoming dance..bt,,unbelievable,, it was fabulous! Nice outfit,, wasn't it?
5. Performed in International Night 2009 in Legend Hotel Kuala Lumpur... The dinner was great...hahahah...Of course we hd such great time becaose we were as representative from INDONESIA.. watta proud to be Indonesian.. Of course we finally won the Best Cultural Performance...And note taken : it was 1st time we performd new zapin... and non-stop 10 minutes off bit xapin! wow.. bravo for all of you guys....;-)....
6. Guest performance on Universitas Hassanuddin Road to UKM...our great pleasure to meet Makassarian..;-)....(*finally, after they recognized us as Indonesian..;-)
7.'Charity' Performance In MAWIS PMRM 2009... Bad memory to recall. since every body not in the mood and 'nauzubillah stage'
8.iNTERNational Culture Show with 13 countries... great time to gettin to know with TNC....
